Your Innovation Toolkit

It is a collection of 59 design-thinking and innovation methods from Treehouse Innovation. Each one comes with a downloadable template, a worked example, and guidance on when and how to use it, organised across six phases of the innovation journey.

You can read every tool page for free. Downloading the templates and using the AI tool finder and session designer needs toolkit access, which comes through your organisation or an individual licence. There is also a free 14-day trial with no card required. It gives you the whole toolkit, 3 designed sessions to spend across it, and templates that carry a trial watermark until you upgrade.

Three things, all of them stated up front. It runs for 14 days. The session designer will build you 3 agenda across the trial rather than an unlimited number, and you get 30 AI refinements to reshape them with. Templates, PDFs and slide decks come out with a trial watermark across them, which disappears from everything you export the moment you buy a licence. Nothing else is held back, and we do not ask for a card to start.

No, and that is the whole point. Tell us what you are stuck on, and we will guide you from there. Every method explains when to use it, how to run it, and how long it takes.

Yes, that is exactly who it is built for. Every session comes with facilitator notes written for somebody running their first workshop: what to say, what to hand out, and what to do when the room goes quiet.

Both. Templates print for a room with a wall and some paper, and they copy straight onto Microsoft Whiteboard and other digital boards. The session designer asks whether your group is in person, remote or hybrid, and builds the agenda and timings around that.

No. Templates are built to drop into Miro, Mural, or Microsoft Whiteboard, or to print and run in person.

Two things. It finds the right method when you describe the problem in your own words, and it builds a ready-to-run session agenda around your time, group size and format. It only ever recommends methods from the toolkit, and it is never sent your name, your email or your organisation.

Yes. Toolkit access covers using the templates in your own sessions, printed or on a digital whiteboard, internally and with your clients. What it does not cover is redistributing or reselling the templates themselves.

Yes. Individual access is a monthly subscription, so you can cancel whenever you like from your account page. You keep what you have paid for until the end of the month you are in, and you are not charged again. Organisation licences run for a fixed term agreed with us instead.

Yes. Innovation Toolkit can also be fully white-labelled for your organisation, with your branding and our content and technology: your own logo, colours and web address, and separate access for each cohort or programme. Contact us to learn more

You give them a link. Everyone signs up with their own email and password against your cohort, so access is per person and you can add or remove people at any time. Nothing needs installing.

Yes. The toolkit runs in any modern browser on desktop, tablet and phone. Templates are high-resolution files, so they are best downloaded on a laptop when you are preparing to print or drop them onto a board.
